In Japan, Omakase means "I will leave it up to you". In this dining experience, Chef Tauchi will choose and prepare each dish. Our 8-course tasting menu is a journey through the best seafood that the world has to offer, through the lens of Chef Tauchi's life in sushi.

Do I need a reservation?

No! While our 5- & 10-course Omakase experiences do require a reservation, we offer a list of snacks, rolls & sushi specials at The Omakase Bar for everyone to enjoy, no reservation required.

Can you accommodate allergies?

While our Omakase experience does not accommodate allergies or substitutions, our a la carte menu at The Omakase Bar contains items that are allergy friendly.
